Welcome to HerVision 2027, the 4th International Conference on Women, Gender and Leadership: Redefining the Power Paradigm (WGL). Centered on the theme “Leadership for Equality, Empowerment & Innovation,” the conference brings together researchers, academicians, professionals, policymakers, and emerging leaders to explore evolving perspectives on women, gender, and leadership.

HerVision 2027 is a global platform dedicated to advancing women’s leadership, gender equality and inclusive innovation.
