  • Q1: Will the conference proceedings be SCOPUS/ESCI indexed?

    Ans: Yes. The conference proceedings will be submitted to the Web of Science Book Citation Index (BkCI) and SCOPUS for evaluation and potential indexing. (Terms and conditions apply)

  • Q2: Will all accepted papers be published in SCOPUS, or only selected papers?

    Ans: Only selected, high-quality papers will be forwarded to SCOPUS-indexed journals after a rigorous peer-review and editorial screening process.

  • Q3: Does the registration fee include publication costs?

    Ans: Yes. The registration fee covers publication costs for conference proceedings and associated journals. (Terms and conditions apply)

  • Q4: Can I review papers without being on the advisory or technical committee?

    Ans: No. Only official committee members of the ICTERLT Conference are eligible to participate in the review process.

  • Q5: Can I get an extra copy of the conference proceedings?

    Ans: Yes. Additional printed copies of the conference proceedings can be purchased for an extra fee.

  • Q6: Can I add more co-authors to my paper in the proceedings?

    Ans: Yes. You may add up to four co-authors before the proceedings are finalized and sent for publication.

  • Q7: Will a soft copy of the proceedings be available?

    Ans: Yes. A digital version of the proceedings will be available for download through the official IFERP website: www.iferp.in.

  • Q8: Can you issue corrected certificates if needed?

    Ans: Yes. Updated certificates can be reissued upon request if corrections or modifications are required.

  • 9. Can I receive an acceptance letter from the journal’s editorial board?

    Ans: No. Acceptance letters for journal-related publications will be issued only by the conference organizers, not by journal editorial boards directly.
