Registration Guidelines

Registration Process – ICTERLT 2026

Notify Us Immediately – After completing your registration, kindly inform the organizing committee by sharing your payment confirmation details for prompt verification.
Email Proof of Payment – Please email a screenshot or scanned copy of your registration fee receipt or transaction confirmation to the official email ID.: info@icterlt.in.
No Paper Modifications– Once the final paper submission deadline has passed, no further changes or revisions will be accepted for the submitted manuscript.
One Author per Registration – Each registration allows only one individual (author or co-author) to present at the conference.
Late Registration – Participants registering after the official deadline should contact the conference coordinator immediately via email or phone for guidance.
Registration Form – After fee payment, please download, complete, and send the registration form to: info@icterlt.in

Cancellation Policy

Due to advance planning and organizational commitments, the following refund policy applies:

60% Refund – For cancellations made 60 days or more before the conference.
40% Refund – If cancellation is requested between 30–59 days before the conference.
No Refund – If cancellation is made within 30 days of the event.

Transfer Policy

Registration may be transferred to a colleague or friend. The substitute may present at the conference; however, the certificate will be issued in the name of the originally registered author.
Alternatively, the registration may be transferred to any upcoming IFERP conference of your choice.

Note: Refund processing will take 2-4 weeks after the conference, and applicable transaction fees will be deducted.

Visa Information

Visa Support – IFERP Academy does not directly contact embassies or consulates for visa issuance.
Visa Type – International participants are strongly advised to apply for a Business Visa.
Visa Denial – Refunds will not be provided for visa-related issues; the general cancellation policy will apply.
