Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Language: All abstracts must be written in English.
- Length: Abstracts should be between 200 to 250 words, written as a
one cohesive paragraph.
- Format: Submit your abstract as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx).
- Content Requirements:
Your abstract should:
- Clearly state the background, aim, methods, key findings, and conclusions of your original research.
Align with one of the ICTERLT 2026 core themes, including:
- Teaching & Learning
- Education & Pedagogy
- Research Innovations
- Leadership & Management in Education
- Technology-Enhanced Learning
Include a brief biography of the presenting author, following the required template.
Formatting Instructions:
- Center-align the title, author name(s), and institutional affiliations.
- Underline the name of the presenting author.
- Use the official abstract template for uniformity
- Submission Process: All abstracts must be submitted through the official submission portal on the ICSTESH website.
- Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgement email within three working days of submission.
- Note: Abstracts that do not comply with the required content and formatting standards will not be considered for review.
Abstract Evaluation Process – ICSTESH 2026
- Submission Authors submit abstracts through the ICTERLT official submission portal.
- Double-Blind Peer Review Each abstract undergoes a double-blind review by experts within 2–3 working days.
- Notification Authors receive the evaluation result within 2–4 working days.
- Revisions (If Required) If revisions are suggested, authors have one week to resubmit the updated abstract.
- Reviewer Feedback If an abstract is not accepted, constructive feedback will be provided to guide future submissions.
Full Paper Submission Guidelines– ICSTESH 2026
- Length: Full papers should be 6–8 pages, formatted in double-column layout.
- Language: Papers must be written in clear and grammatically correct English.
- Visuals: Include high-quality figures, tables, and graphs, with proper labels and in-text references.
- Keywords: Provide 3–6 keywords, all in lowercase, separated by commas.
(Capitalize only proper nouns and technical/scientific terms.)
- Author Affiliations: Clearly state author institutional affiliations and country.
