  • Timely Payment Notification: Registered participants must promptly notify us of their payments to ensure smooth processing.
  • Submission Deadline: No modifications to papers will be accepted after the final submission date, emphasizing the importance of adhering to deadlines.
  • Authorship Clarification: Each registration allows for one author or co-author, contributing to fair representation and acknowledgment.
  • Late Registrations: For registrations beyond deadlines, contact the coordinator promptly to facilitate your participation.
  • Registration Form Download: Download the Registration Form after payment completion for your records.

Conference Deliverables

  • Participants can anticipate a comprehensive Conference Kit comprising a Handbook, Congress Bag, Final Program in print, Conference Proceedings, Abstracts on USB Key, Conference Lanyard, Notepads & Pen, along with Certificates of Presentation and Attendance.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Refunds follow a structured schedule: 60% refundable 60 days before, 40% refundable 30-60 days before, and no refunds one month prior to the conference.

Refund policy
  • Flexibility is offered as the registration fee can be transferred to friends or colleagues for their participation.
  • Certification will be issued to the individual attending the conference in their name.
  • Registration is transferable to another event within the organization, providing participants with options.
  • Refund fees, excluding transaction charges, are processed 2-4 weeks post-conference.
Visa Information
  • IFERP maintains a hands-off approach to visa applications and does not directly contact embassies or consulates for visa applicants.
  • Delegates or invitees are advised to apply for a Business Visa independently, recognizing the non-inclusion of visa issues in the cancellation policy, including visa application failures.
