  • Understand and acknowledge the diverse tasks related to the conference and the respective committees responsible for their execution.
  • Committee members play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the conference.
  • Identify renowned experts within their specific research domains to contribute to and benefit from the conference.
  • Manage and supervise conference activities, ensuring adherence to established deadlines.
  • Identify potential sponsors and exhibitors to enhance business-to-business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to review all promotional materials, ensuring consistency.
  • Align with the overall program strategy and thematic areas.
  • Utilize the committee to provide recommendations, streamline conference registrations, and assist in pre-conference and on-site execution.
  • Engage keynote speakers and guests of honor, confirming their participation.
  • Structure conference presentations for interactive sessions.
  • Introduce speakers or facilitators during conference proceedings.
  • Identify deserving researchers in their geographical region to participate in the conference and access organizational services and benefits.
  • Develop and execute the program module and scientific agenda for the conference.
  • Identify renowned keynote speakers in specific fields for each session of the conference.

Eligibility For Committee Members

  • Professors, Deans, and Heads of Departments (HoDs)
  • Associate Professors and Academicians with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience
  • Assistant Professors with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Editorial Board Members of Prestigious Journals
  • Journal Reviewers
  • Professionals with a minimum of 8 years of industrial expertise
