Ans: Abstracts should be between 200–250 words and must clearly outline your research objectives, methodology, and key findings related to societal transformation through engineering, education, and social sciences.

Q3: Can a co-author present the paper?

Ans: Yes, a co-author may present the paper, provided they have the main author’s consent and complete the required registration process.

Q4: When will I be notified of abstract acceptance?

Ans: You You will receive an acknowledgment within 3 working days of submission. The final decision on abstract acceptance will be communicated within 2–4 working days.

Q5: How are papers evaluated for the Best Paper Presentation Award?

Ans: Submissions are evaluated based on the following criteria: Content Value – Originality, quality, and relevance to societal transformation
Clarity – Logical structure and coherence of the presentation
Visual Aids – Effective use of charts, images, and infographics
Engagement – Interaction and connection with the audience
Time Management – Presentation within the allocated time (8–10 minutes)
