How to Submit Abstract Submission | Engineering Conference

Submission Guidelines

Language: All abstracts must be written in English.
Length: Abstracts should be between 200 to 250 words, written as a single paragraph.
Format: Submit your abstract as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx).
Content Requirements:
Your abstract should:
- Clearly and concisely summarize the purpose, methods, results, and conclusion of your original work.

Align with one of the ICSTESH 2026 core domains:

Include a brief biography of the presenting author, following the format provided in the abstract template.

Center-align the title, author name(s), and institutional affiliations.
Underline the name of the presenting author.
Use the official ICSTESH abstract template for uniformity and formatting compliance.

Submission Process: All abstracts must be submitted through the official submission portal on the ICSTESH website.
Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgement email within three working days of submission.
Note: Abstracts that do not comply with the required content and formatting standards will not be considered for review.

Submission Authors submit abstracts via the official ICSTESH submission portal.
Rapid Double-Blind Peer Review Abstracts undergo a rigorous double-blind review by subject experts within 2–3 working days.
Results Notification Authors receive evaluation results within 2–4 working days of submission.
Revisions (If Required) If reviewers suggest changes, authors will be given one week to revise and resubmit.
Reviewer Feedback In case of rejection, constructive feedback will be provided to support future submissions.

Length: Manuscripts should be 6-8 pages long, formatted in single-column style.
Language: Ensure the manuscript is written in error-free English.
Visuals: Include high-quality tables, figures, and images with proper naming and labeling.
Keywords: Provide 3–6 keywords in lowercase (capitalize only proper nouns and scientific terms).
Author Affiliations: Include complete institutional affiliations, along with the country name.

Statement of Contribution – Highlight the novel aspects of your study.

Discussion – Interpret the results in depth.
Conclusions – Summarize insights and future directions.
