How to Register | Conference Registration Guidelines

Registration Process – ICSTESH 2026

Notify Us Immediately – After completing your registration, promptly inform the organizing team by providing your payment details.
Email Proof of Payment – Please email a screenshot or scanned copy of your registration fee receipt or transaction confirmation to the official email ID: icstesh@iferp.net.
No Paper Modifications– Once the final paper submission deadline has passed, no changes will be allowed to your submitted manuscript.
One Author per Registration – Each registration permits only one individual (either the author or co-author) to present at the conference.
Late Registration – For registrations made after the official deadline, participants are requested to contact the conference coordinator immediately via email or phone.
Registration Form – After payment, download and complete the Registration Form, then send it to icstesh@iferp.net

Cancellation Policy

Due to advance commitments for venue, printing, shipping, and accommodation, the following refund policy applies:

60% Refund – If cancellation is requested 60 days or more before the conference.
40% Refund – If cancellation is requested between 30–59 days before the conference.
No Refund – If cancellation is made within 30 days of the event.

Transfer Policy

You may transfer your registration to a colleague or friend. The substitute may present at the conference, but the certificate will be issued in the name of the originally registered author.
Alternatively, registration may be transferred to any upcoming IFERP conference of your choice..
Note : Refund fee will be processed 2-4 weeks after the conference, excluding the transaction charges

Visa Information

Visa Support – The IFERP Academy does not directly contact embassies or consulates for visa purposes.
Visa Type – All international participants are advised to apply for a Business Visa.
Visa Denial – Refunds will not be issued for visa-related issues. The general cancellation policy will still apply.
