    Ans: No. ICSTESH 2026 is a self-funded international conference. All participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, visa, and accommodation.

  • Q3: Will I receive an official invitation letter?

    Ans: Yes. Registered participants will receive an official invitation letter on conference letterhead after completing the payment process. This can be used for visa applications or institutional approval.

  • Q4: How do I apply for a visa to enter Indonesia, and what are the fees?

    Ans: Visa requirements differ based on nationality. Participants should contact the nearest Kazakhstan Embassy/Consulate to understand:

    • Required documents
    • Application timelines
    • Visa categories
    • Applicable fees

    It is advisable to apply early to avoid delays.

  • Q5: Can I attend the conference with an accompanying person?

    Ans: Yes, accompanying persons are welcome upon payment of the applicable accompanying person fee.
    Please note: They may attend general sessions but cannot present papers or participate in academic discussions.

  • Q6: Will an accompanying person receive a certificate?

    Ans: No. Certificates are issued only to registered authors, co-authors, and delegates who actively participate in conference sessions.
    Accompanying persons are not eligible for certificates.

  • Q7: What is CPD (Continuing Professional Development)?

    Ans: CPD refers to ongoing activities that help professionals upgrade skills, stay relevant, and maintain continuous learning throughout their careers.

  • Q8: Why is CPD valuable for professionals?
