Objective of Session – “Inclusive Learning & Social Equity”

The session “Education Driving Equity: From Classrooms to Communities” aims to position education as a transformative force for poverty alleviation, gender equality and social mobility. By aligning with SDGs 1, 4, 5 and 10, it emphasizes how inclusive and equitable education can break cycles of disadvantage, empower marginalized groups and reduce inequalities. The session highlights the role of classrooms, communities and institutions in creating pathways for equity through skill development, lifelong learning and gender-sensitive pedagogy.
