  • Q2: Does the conference cover travel or accommodation costs?

    Ans: No. ICSET 2026 is a self-funded academic conference. All participants are expected to manage their own travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements.

  • Q3: Will I receive an official invitation letter?

    Ans: Yes. Registered participants will receive an official invitation letter on the conference letterhead after completing payment. This can be used for visa applications or obtaining institutional permissions.

  • Q4: How do I apply for a visa to enter Indonesia, and what are the fees?

    Ans: Visa requirements vary by country. We advise participants to contact the Indonesian embassy or consulate in their region to understand the process, documentation, timeline, and fees applicable.

  • Q5: Can I attend the conference with an accompanying person?

    Ans: Yes. Accompanying persons may attend by paying the designated fee. Please note that they are not permitted to present or take part in academic sessions.

  • Q6: Will an accompanying person receive a certificate?

    Ans: No. Certificates will only be provided to registered participants who are authors or co-authors. Accompanying persons are not eligible unless formally registered as participants.

  • Q7: What is CPD (Continuing Professional Development)?

    Ans: CPD refers to the process of maintaining and enhancing professional skills throughout a career. It ensures relevance, adaptability, and lifelong learning.
