Volunteer Opportunity at ICET2ES-2025

  • Assist in managing virtual conference platforms.
  • Provide technical support to online participants.
  • Monitor virtual sessions for smooth operation.

  • Assist with on-site registration of conference attendees.

  • Assist session chairs in coordinating presentations.
  • Manage the flow of sessions and ensure presenters are prepared.

  • Assist in organizing social events and gatherings.

Photography and Documentation:
  • Capture moments through photography or videography.
  • Document on-site proceedings and compile highlights.

Emergency Response:
  • Be familiar with emergency procedures and assist in case of any on-site issues.
  • Coordinate with event organizers to address unforeseen circumstances.
Volunteer Requirements
  • Enthusiasm and Commitment: A passion for contributing to the success of the conference and a commitment to fulfilling assigned duties.
  • Good Communication Skills: Ability to interact with participants, speakers, and organizers effectively.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other volunteers and conference organizers.
  • Availability: Commitment to being available on the conference dates (16th and 17th October - 2025 .) and possibly for pre-conference briefings.
