Registration FAQ – MAEEUS 2026

MAEEUS 2026 offers the following registration categories:
  • Standard Registration
  • Student Registration
  • Group Registration (for five or more participants)
Registration can be completed online through the official MAEEUS conference website by following the instructions provided on the Registration page.
Yes, Early bird registration discounts are available for participants who complete their registration before the announced early bird deadline.
Yes, Requests for changes to registration details should be submitted as early as possible by contacting the organizing team.
The registration fee includes:
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Conference Handbook
  • Conference Kit (including congress bag and printed program)
  • Conference Proceedings
  • Abstracts (digital copy)
  • Conference Lanyard
  • Notepad and Pen
The following cancellation policy applies:
  • 60% refund for cancellations made 60 days or more before the conference
  • 40% refund for cancellations made 30–60 days before the conference
  • No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference dates
Yes, Registration transfers to another individual are permitted with prior approval from the organizing committee. Certificates will be issued in the registered author’s name.
Participants registering after the official deadline must contact the conference coordinator immediately for guidance and confirmation.
