professional, practitioner, and academic who has extensive experience in the fields of Artificial
Intelligence, Cyber-Physical Systems, Multi-Agent Systems, Avionics Systems, and Defense
Technology. He won the Adi Makayasa award as the Best Graduate of the 1991 Air Force
Academy, High-Achieving Indonesian Air Force Officer (1996), and a hat trick of Cum
Laude predicates for the Bachelor (1996), Master (2008), and Doctoral (2010) programs in
Electrical Engineering and Informatics from the Bandung Institute of Technology, as well as an
international certification holder in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Flight Simulator, and
Radar. Participate in the preparation of state strategic documents in the field of Defense and
Military, as well as the field of Artificial Intelligence. He is the Rector of the Adisutjipto Institute
of Aerospace Technology 2022-2024, an alumnus of George Washington University (2014),
