Tentative Program

Two days of keynotes, panel discussion and technical sessions — 22nd & 23rd January, 2027, LJ University, Ahmedabad.

  1. Registration Desk

    Participants will be warmly welcomed and assisted with the registration process. The organizing team will verify attendee details and collect email addresses and social media information for conference updates and future communications.

  2. Introduction by Moderator

    The moderator will welcome participants and provide an overview of the conference theme, objectives, and program schedule.

  3. Inaugural Ceremony

    The inaugural ceremony will be graced by the Guest of Honour, Prof. Deepak Nayyar, followed by the release of the Proceedings Books of ICETMP-2027.

    Presenters will deliver their research presentations, sharing their findings, insights, and innovations with fellow participants. Each presentation will be followed by a brief Q&A session, providing opportunities for discussion, feedback, and knowledge exchange.

  14. Networking Break

    Participants will have the opportunity to network with fellow delegates, speakers, and organizers while enjoying refreshments.

  15. Valedictory Function

    The conference will conclude with closing remarks, a summary of key outcomes, the announcement of the Best Paper Presentation Award winners, recognition of Academic Partners, and acknowledgements to all participants, speakers, and organizers.

  16. Vote of Thanks

    The Vote of Thanks will express gratitude to the speakers, guests, academic partners, participants, and organising committee for their valuable contributions to the success of the conference.
