ICITLTE brings together global and regional thought leaders to explore how technology can close learning gaps and make education more inclusive. The program combines keynote addresses, research presentations, practitioner case studies, hands‑on workshops, policy roundtables and demo sessions to showcase innovations that are affordable, accessible and culturally relevant. The conference highlights real‑world implementations from underserved and resource‑constrained contexts and fosters cross‑sector collaboration to move promising ideas into practice. Attendees will leave with toolkits, policy briefs and partnership opportunities to accelerate equitable digital education.

The scope of the International Conference on Innovative Teaching, Learning and Technology in Education (ICITLTE) encompasses a wide range of themes central to advancing equitable and inclusive digital education. It highlights pedagogy and curriculum innovation, including active learning and competency‑based approaches; digital and blended learning models that ensure resilience and continuity across diverse contexts; and the use of learning analytics and AI to drive adaptive, ethical and evidence‑based teaching. The conference emphasizes equity, inclusion and access, with a focus on Universal Design for Learning, multilingual education and strategies for underserved communities. It also prioritizes teacher professional development, exploring peer coaching, micro‑credentials and wellbeing in technology‑enabled environments. Sessions will address assessment and credentialing, showcasing innovative evaluation methods and recognition of skills, alongside open education and resource equity through OER adoption and sustainable content models. Finally, the scope extends to policy, leadership and partnerships, examining governance frameworks, financing inclusive edtech and cross‑sector collaborations, while aligning all discussions with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to ensure long‑term institutional and societal impact.
