Oral Presentation

Present Your Ideas with Passion and Impact!

Take the stage at our conference and share your research through an engaging oral presentation. Use dynamic slides to bring your insights to life and captivate the audience. This is your opportunity to showcase your work and inspire others with your enthusiasm!

Presentation Tips:

  • Maintain Clear Flow: Ensure a smooth transition from one slide to the next.
  • Use Visuals: Incorporate charts and graphs to highlight key points for better audience comprehension.
  • Keep It Simple: Avoid excessive text. Follow the 6-6-6 rule—max 6 words per bullet, 6 bullets per slide, and 6 text slides in a row.
  • Limit Flashy Effects: Avoid gifs, bright colors, and complex visuals that may distract or confuse the audience.
  • Choose Readable Fonts: Use high-contrast, easy-to-read fonts (around 30-point size). Avoid font variations, all caps, or italics.
  • Respect Time: Keep your presentation within 8-10 minutes.

  • Poster Viewing & Evaluation
  • A designated time for poster viewing will be included in the conference schedule. During this session, you are expected to be present by your poster for discussions and questions.
  • Engage with attendees by explaining your work, answering questions, sharing your contact details, and delving deeper into the topic of your presentation.
  • Time Limit
  • The poster viewing session will have a specific time limit, which will be communicated in the schedule. Ensure you’re available during this time to engage with the audience.

POSTER PRESENTATION

As a poster presenter, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your research visually. In a poster session, there is no formal oral presentation—each author is given a dedicated display space to present their poster.

Your poster should effectively communicate your ideas using diagrams, graphics, data, photos, and concise text. Make sure it is self-explanatory, so attendees can understand your work at a glance.

While your poster does the talking, you should be present during specific times, such as refreshment breaks and the poster session, to engage with viewers, answer questions, and discuss your research in more detail.
