Terms & Conditions

  • Review Responses: Authors must respond accurately and professionally to reviewer comments. Any unethical behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Payment: The publisher may request payment prior to publication. Payment is expected promptly upon receiving the invoice.
  • Data Privacy & Consent: By proceeding with paper submission, registration, or participation in the conference, authors and participants consent to IFERP collecting and using their personal information, including their name, email address, phone number, and affiliation, for conference administration, communication, publication, membership, networking, and other legitimate academic and organizational purposes. IFERP is committed to protecting personal data and ensuring its responsible use.
  • Bank Charges: Registrants are responsible for covering all bank or transaction charges.
  • Quality Standards: Papers with plagiarism, poor-quality figures, or flawed scientific content may be rejected.

By following these guidelines, authors ensure a smooth and professional submission process.

Plagiarism Policy

  • Articles with a plagiarism level exceeding 20%, including references, will be rejected.
  • Copying content from other sources is strictly prohibited.
  • Submitted articles must contain at least 80% original content.
  • IFERP strongly discourages plagiarism in research articles, proposals, and theses.
  • All articles undergo a plagiarism check before editorial review.
  • Articles failing the plagiarism check will be rejected.
