    Crafting a compelling abstract for the Sustainable Agriculture and Climate Resilience conference is your gateway to sharing innovative research. To streamline the process, adhere to the following guidelines:

    Abstract Structure:
  • Your original work should be the focal point of the abstract, presented in English for broader accessibility.
  • Keep it concise, limited to one informative paragraph spanning 200-250 words.
  • Remember to include a brief biography, underlining the presenting author when centering the Title, Author's Names, and Affiliations.
  • Prepare your abstract in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format and submit it through the provided link.
  • Expect an acknowledgment of receipt within three working days via email, assuring you that your submission is in our system.
    Evaluation Process

    Our double-blind peer evaluation, conducted within 2-3 days, ensures a fair and unbiased assessment. Results will be communicated to you within 2-4 days of submission. If amendments are necessary, you have a week to refine your work based on reviewer suggestions.

  • Upon acceptance of your abstract and completion of registration, we encourage you to submit a full paper.
  • The paper must be a comprehensive document, comprising 6-8 pages in a double-column format, should maintain English proficiency and grammatical accuracy.
  • Ensure proper naming and high-quality visuals for tables, figures, and images.
  • Your manuscript should cover key sections, including Background, Motivation, Objective, Contribution/Methods, Results, Discussions, and Conclusions.
