Student Chapter

Students pursuing their Graduate and Post Graduate in Science, Engineering, Technology and management can apply for IFERP student membership. IFERP encourages and supports students by appointing its members to provide necessary guidance to build and globalize their innovative ideas. With IFERP student membership one could avail a global contact with its professional associated in field of engineering and technology.

IFERP Student Chapter is a scientific association of Students with a minimum number of 25 students from a particular Institute/university. IFERP Student Chapters provide unique opportunities to learn and develop leadership skills, research development, networking, mentoring and bonding.

Student chapter of IFERP are established by petition to our head office by the hosting institute / college / University. The purpose of a chapter is to generate interest in advancement of education and research in relevant field of science, engineering and technology by providing students opportunities to,

  • Share ideas and enthusiasm with fellow students and faculty from any relevant department on campus
  • Explore career opportunities
  • Make contacts that will last a lifetime
  • Develop leadership skills

Professional Chapter

IFERP provides its members with an opportunity to form Institutional / Professional /Student Chapters in different parts of the country in order to organize various programs, conferences & events for the benefit of IFERP members locally as well as the IFERP Community in general.

Guidelines For Formation Of The Professional Chapter In An Academic Institution
  1. The Head of the academic Institution/university, after ascertaining that the institution has at least 25 student members of IFERP from the 1st year across all categories of membership, shall forward a letter requesting establishment of the new Chapter on the campus to the President of IFERP along with a list of chapter members comprising of
    1. At least four or more faculties from institution among Computer Science/Information Technology (CS/IT) / Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) / and Electronics & Electrical Engineering (EEE) Departments or any other disciplines in good standing.
    2. Membership is open to all other departments of the academic institution, where there is interest in the areas of Computing and Communications. Faculty members as well as students of Research (PhD/MS), Post Graduate or Undergraduate courses can enroll to be members of IFERP Student Chapter.
  2. The Professional members will elect one among themselves as the Chapter Head.
  3. The initial team Chapter Head will decide on a term not exceeding one year from the date of installation of the Chapter and publish a notice for election of office bearers forming the Chapter Executive Committee (CEC) within this period.
  4. The Chapter Executive Committee (CEC) comprises, the President, the Vice-President, Secretary and other council members.
  5. The IFERP Director will grant final approval for the Chapter and present the chapter announcement.

Zonal Chapter

IFERP is the operating unit consisting of professional chapters, members, collaborated institutes and it is operating in the field of science, engineering and technology. Our organization has organized several world class conferences and Scientific Events by bringing Global platform of academic interaction to developed city and developing remote areas of our country.

IFERP has supported several colleges and Universities in India by indulging its professional members and leading academicians by providing the sustainable solution to the challenges faced by the industries and academic institutions.

IFERP to make its vision further more clear and mission possible has decided to launch exclusive Zonal Chapter for academic and research in nook and corners of the world. IFERP Zonal Chapter welcomes you to a vast academic family consisting of leading Professional from academic and research institutes located world wide.

Collaboration

All Engineering Colleges, Universities, Engineering Research Institutes and Organizations can apply for Collaboration. IFERP welcomes applications from Engineering Colleges and Universities for collaboration to work together for academic advancement and research development in fields of Engineering and Technology. Collaboration is a relationship of great mutual benefit to both. IFERP helps for the Academic development has a history of meaningful, collaboration and partnerships that reflect the values of the academic community.

Terms and Conditions


  • Duration – Include the date of initiation of MoU & a formal review date needs to be set.
  • Name of the Parties entering in to the Agreement. (Between IFERP & University)
  • Describe the Purpose or common objective (Conference, Publication, chapters, Association etc) for entering the MOU.
  • Describe the expertise of each party.
  • Describe the understanding between the parties including the service to be provided.
  • Describe who will pay for service and how payments will be made.
  • Describe the communication process.
  • Describe Reporting/Recordkeeping Requirements.
  • Provide for confidentiality assurance.
  • Closing – The closing statement finalizes the agreement. Appropriate signatures and dates must be included. Each party retains a signed original.
